Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract, then stir until everything is combined evenly.
Baking
  1. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the banana-oat mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
  3. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown on top.
