Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet or grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the flour, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until just combined.
Add Mix-Ins & Shape
- Fold in your chosen ingredients — either ham and cheese or Mediterranean mix-ins like spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and basil.
- Scoop about ⅓ cup of dough for each biscuit onto the baking sheet or into muffin wells.
- Sprinkle a little reserved cheese or feta on top.
Bake & Cool
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden and firm.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy warm or store for later use as a quick savory snack.
Notes
Store any leftover biscuits in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. Just reheat them in the oven for a few minutes when you’re ready to enjoy!
