Preparation
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in honey and Cajun seasoning until smooth and well combined.
Cooking
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the fillets for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden.
Glazing & Serving
- During the last minute of cooking, brush the honey butter mixture over the salmon.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through.
