Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix on top, then add the mixed vegetables.
Cooking
- Gently stir everything together.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Serving
- Shred the chicken with two forks, stir it back into the sauce, and serve warm.
Notes
Best served hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days and frozen for up to two months.
