  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillet on the sheet, then drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Add the Topping
  1. In a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the salmon.
Bake & Serve
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
  2. Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.

Notes

Make sure your oven is fully preheated before baking to achieve an even cook. Experiment with different herbs, such as dill or thyme, to change the flavor profile. For extra crunch, try adding a bit of panko breadcrumbs to the Parmesan mixture.
