  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large crockpot, add the sliced kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Stir everything together gently.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
