Assembly
- Line a muffin pan with liners. Add a spoonful of the granola mixture to each cup and press firmly to form a solid base.
- Top with a spoonful of yogurt and fresh berries, adding any leftover granola on top.
Freezing
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm. Let thaw for a few minutes before serving for the best texture.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Adjust sweetness with honey and experiment with different nut butters or add-ins for variety.
