Ingredients
  

For the salmon
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets (6 oz each) Make sure they are skinless and boneless.
For the garlic butter sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter Use fresh butter for best results.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Add more or less to taste.
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice Adjust according to your flavor preference.
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • to taste Salt & pepper Adjust to your preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Brush half of the garlic butter over the salmon fillets and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Finishing
  1. Drizzle the remaining garlic butter over the baked salmon, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or salad. You can add herbs like thyme or dill to the garlic butter for variation. Adjust garlic and lemon to taste.
