Preparation
  1. Gather cocktail shaker, jigger, Hawthorne strainer, and chilled shot glasses. For a professional touch, freeze shot glasses for 15 minutes before serving.
Mixing
  1. Add Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and sour mix to the shaker.
  2. Fill shaker halfway with ice cubes, seal, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Serving
  1. Strain evenly into chilled shot glasses. (Optional) Serve over ice with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Decorate with a mint leaf or peach slice if desired.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace whiskey with brewed and cooled green tea and use peach nectar instead of schnapps. Store pre-mixed ingredients in the refrigerator up to 3 days, adding sour mix just before serving.
