Preparation
- Place the beef roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the top.
- Pour in the beef broth and add the pepperoncini peppers.
Cooking
- Cut the butter into pieces and place them on top of the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
Serving
- Shred the beef with two forks and serve with the flavorful au jus from the crockpot.
