Preparation
- Chop the banana into 1-inch pieces and freeze them for at least 1-2 hours (or overnight).
Processing
- Add all ingredients to a food processor fitted with a standard S blade. Process for 2-4 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides with a plastic spatula.
Serving
- Scoop the mixture into individual bowls. Top with your desired toppings and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. You can also add a splash of milk to make blending easier. Experiment with different fruits for extra nutrients. Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 day.
