Cook Pasta & Salmon
- Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook salmon fillets for 5–6 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove and flake the salmon into pieces.
Make Sauce
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in lemon juice and grated Parmesan, then season with salt and pepper.
Combine & Serve
- Add the fettuccine and flaked salmon to the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, try incorporating capers or sun-dried tomatoes into the sauce. Use whole wheat fettuccine for a healthier option. To save time, you can use pre-cooked salmon or canned salmon.
