  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillet on the sheet, then drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Topping
  1. In a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the salmon.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
  2. Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.

Notes

Leftover salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. For extra crunch, try adding panko breadcrumbs to the Parmesan mixture. Experiment with herbs like dill or thyme for different flavors.
