- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, ketchup, brown sugar, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until evenly combined.
Cooking
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish. In another bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to make the glaze. Pour half of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 1 hour, basting with the remaining glaze halfway through.
Serving
- Once cooked, let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or a simple side salad. Leftover meatloaf can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
