Ingredients
  

Fresh Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale Can use either spinach or kale.
  • 1 cucumber Cut into chunks.
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 green apple Cut into chunks.
  • ½ lemon Peeled.
  • 1 inch fresh ginger Peeled.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
  2. Cut the cucumber and apple into chunks.
  3. Peel the lemon and ginger.
Juicing
  1. Feed the ingredients into your juicer, starting with softer items like cucumber and apple, then adding greens and finishing with lemon and ginger.
Serving
  1. Pour into a glass and drink immediately for best freshness and nutrient retention.

Notes

Serve chilled or over ice. Add a few mint leaves or a slice of lemon for extra freshness. Fresh juice is best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
