- Lay the tortilla flat. Spread your sauce in the center, leaving a 1–2 inch border so it won’t leak.
- Place protein first, then veggies. Add avocado or cheese if using. Season lightly with salt, pepper, or a spice blend.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Slice in half for easier eating and pack it for lunch.
Notes
Wrap tightly in foil or parchment and refrigerate. Best eaten within 24–48 hours to prevent sogginess. Store juicy ingredients separately until ready to eat.
