Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 box (3 oz) flavored gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup liquor (vodka, rum, tequila, etc.)
  • 16 pieces plastic shot cups (2 oz) for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place shot cups on a tray so they’re easy to move into the fridge.
  2. In a bowl, pour in 1 cup boiling water and stir in the gelatin powder for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in ½ cup cold water.
  4. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes (this helps prevent alcohol evaporation).
  5. Stir in ½ cup liquor gently until combined.
  6. Carefully pour into shot cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  7. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours (overnight is best). Serve chilled.

Notes

Keep sealed in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze, as freezing ruins the texture. Add toppings right before serving for best results.
