  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry Make sure to squeeze out all excess water.
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 8 oz water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
  • 3 pieces green onions, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Squeeze the thawed spinach very well to remove all excess water. Place it in a large bowl and break it apart with a fork.
  2. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and the Knorr vegetable mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in chopped water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

Notes

Serve chilled with bread, crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
