Preparation
- Squeeze the thawed spinach very well to remove all excess water. Place it in a large bowl and break it apart with a fork.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and the Knorr vegetable mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in chopped water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Notes
Serve chilled with bread, crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
