  • 1 unit lemon Juice of 1 fresh lemon.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Use fresh lemon for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger Or ginger powder.
  • 1 teaspoon honey Optional; use if desired.
  • a pinch cinnamon Optional; adds flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat water until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and honey if using.
  3. Mix well and drink immediately while warm.

Notes

This drink is best consumed fresh. If needed, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and stir before drinking. Drink slowly to avoid stomach discomfort. Skip honey if you prefer it sugar-free.
