  • 1 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1 small banana Use frozen for extra creaminess.
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt Replace with almond or coconut yogurt for dairy-free.
  • ¼ cup rolled oats Pre-measure for quicker blending.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Replace with maple syrup for vegan option.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4–5 pieces ice cubes Add a splash of almond milk if a thinner texture is desired.

Preparation
  1. Add tart cherry juice, banana, Greek yogurt, oats, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend for 45–60 seconds until creamy and smooth. Add a splash of almond milk if needed for texture.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy slowly about 1 hour before bedtime in a calm, screen-free environment.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir well before drinking. For optimal results, drink about 1 hour before bed while avoiding screens.
