Ingredients
  

For the crisps
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate (I used 72% cacao) Use high-quality chocolate for richer flavor.
  • ½ cup peanut butter (optional) Can be replaced with any other nut butter.
  • 3 cups puffed quinoa Can substitute with puffed rice or other puffed grains.
  • to taste Flaky salt (for garnish, optional) Maldon salt is recommended, but any flaky sea salt will do.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Place dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. If desired, mix in peanut butter until completely combined.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Stir the puffed quinoa into the melted chocolate until evenly coated and well mixed.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, keep in the fridge and bring to room temperature before serving.
