Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Mix until evenly blended.
Shaping & Glazing
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Spread extra ketchup or BBQ sauce over the top for a glaze.
Baking
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. To freeze, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil. It can be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, let it thaw in the fridge overnight, then bake until heated through.
