- Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- For savory: blend in olive oil and salt.
- For sweet: blend in honey and vanilla.
- Spoon into a bowl and add your toppings. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for a thicker texture.
Notes
Store the whipped base in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. If it thickens, stir in 1–2 teaspoons of milk or water. Add fresh toppings just before serving.
